A global HR events organisation is seeking an experienced Delegate Sales Executive to drive attendance and revenue for its major international conferences in Miami and Paris. Working closely with the Head of Delegate Sales, the role involves telesales, prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, delivering targeted marketing outreach, conducting market research, achieving daily KPIs and meeting annual revenue targets. Responsibilities also include database management, reporting, networking at industry events and collaborating with production, marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless delegate experience. Candidates should have 5+ years’ telesales or conference sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, confidence selling to senior leaders and experience securing group bookings. This is a hybrid London‑based role with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.
