A global technology organisation focused on energy innovation is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to lead the delivery of high‑impact corporate events and international trade shows. This fast‑paced role involves full end‑to‑end event ownership, including venue sourcing, logistics, supplier management, budgeting, attendee coordination, creative production, event technology platforms and onsite delivery. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated event strategies and support senior leadership events. Candidates should have extensive B2B event experience, strong project management skills, excellent communication, confidence managing complex logistics and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and event tech platforms. The role includes up to 30% travel and hybrid working.
