Role Summary: The Events Coordinator will play a vital role in organising and delivering impactful events that advance the organisation’s values. This position requires high-level organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver diverse events, including selecting venues, managing logistics, and coordinating programmes

  • Support marketing and promotional strategies across digital and traditional platforms

  • Monitor and manage event budgets

  • Engage with external stakeholders such as partners and sponsors

  • Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination

  • Evaluate event outcomes and identify areas for future improvement

🎓 Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience in event coordination (preferred)

  • Familiarity with social care or nonprofit environments (advantageous)

  • Strong project management and multitasking ability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or collaboratively
