A major UK communications organisation is seeking an Events Professional for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support a busy period across Corporate Affairs & Brand. The role involves assisting with the planning and delivery of colleague events, leadership moments, campaign activations, partnership activity, media events and responsible business/volunteering initiatives. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, venue research, supplier liaison, guest list management, event documentation, purchase orders, invoice tracking and onsite support. Candidates should have experience in events or project coordination, strong organisational skills, confidence working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication. This role is London‑based with hybrid working and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
