A luxury 5‑star hotel is seeking a Group & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of large‑scale events and group bookings across its prestigious event spaces. The role involves managing group reservation data, updating hotel systems, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and internal departments, coordinating logistics, supporting site visits, producing function sheets and ensuring smooth communication throughout the event lifecycle. Candidates should have hospitality or events experience, strong organisation and time‑management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders.
