A leading brand experience agency is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a wide portfolio of pharmaceutical events, including congresses, standalone meetings, advisory boards and product launches. This role requires extensive global event delivery experience, strong client‑facing skills and the ability to manage complex logistics for events ranging from 10 to 1,000+ attendees. Responsibilities include full project ownership, budget management, supplier negotiation, venue sourcing, team leadership, compliance oversight, onsite delivery and post‑event reconciliation. Candidates must have proven experience working with pharmaceutical clients, exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Regular European travel (1–2 times per month) is required.
