Work Placement Guide for Clients
We are always looking to build meaningful partnerships with organisations that want to support the next generation of event professionals. Typical Roles
Placements usually fall into one of the following categories:
Event Coordination – supporting logistics, guest management, and supplier liaison.
Production Support – assisting with technical setup, backstage operations, and live event delivery.
Project Support – providing administrative, marketing, and client service assistance across projects.
Venue Support – helping with bookings, event setup, catering coordination, and guest services.
Creative Agency Support – contributing to concept development, proposals, and experiential activations.
Key Responsibilities (examples)
Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics.
Support on-site delivery, including guest care and operational tasks.
Contribute to creative ideas for campaigns, activations, or event themes.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support client communications.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth delivery.
